Customer Support
For many products, there is customer support. While in everyday products such as toothpaste, sunflower oil or bananas, the phone number of the customer service is where you can ask some serious questions, the support for software already looks quite different from . Who provides support in the software area, knows that this is not an easy job. But, it can make it easy. For example, as one of our competitors. When asked why the function to overwrite the disk does not work, the owner of the private forum answers proudly: "It's not a bug, it's a feature". We are not like that. Because if someone has a problem with our software, then our software may not be perfect. Besides, now really is a exception, it is a hardware problem . Then we can do the best will not do much is merely the tip to try it again with a different hardware . It may be due to a participating Hard-Disk. Also on the bus system, the RAM, the motherboard or even the CPU. I hope everyone who comes once in this situation will understand. To act in a customer-oriented our customer support will at times also with a hardware manufacturer and makes contact investigations. But unfortunately, we sometimes find that someone thinks hardware per se is simply error-free and all problems will be attributed to the software. As an example may not work to burn to DVD. If it works for 1,000 customers, but with a not, then the debt - delivered quickly pushed the hardware - added. Well, often a trouble-free operation is also linked to the appropriate software environment together . To stay with the example: For a writer to work properly, you need software on various levels. At the bottom is the hardware, no question, then there is software on the chipset of the burner. Next up is the driver layer, until we arrive at the user interface - where the user gives the command to start . Here is usually suspected of error, something is really wrong but sometimes . Between there are some intermediate layers, all of which must work together smoothly - the actual operating system not to forget.

Middle Rhine Music Festival presented Percussion Nebojsa Zivkovic-Star
Koblenz. Drums, bongos or the marimba concert-goers are likely to be most common percussion instruments. But a Slope have the fewest ever seen or even heard. What a diverse sounds and melodies are to elicit the extent exotic percussion instruments, the world renowned Konzertpercussionist Nebojsa Jovan Zivkovic proved now in the penultimate concert of the Middle Rhine Music Festival in Görres house. Together with the native Serbs delighted the English Tuopali Duo and the Intercontinental Percussion Mafia the audience.
Almost all works are on the program written by Zivkovic, including "To The Gods Of Rhythm", a work to appease the gods of rhythm on the djembe and voice. It turns out that the styles of different cultures together perfectly in line can stand: Zivkovic drumming on the African djembe, a mixture of Indian and Balkan rhythms, while he intones to Serbian Orthodox Church singing. No less original, the work of "Sex In The Kitchen" is: The two musicians of the Tuopali Duo face each other in their sets, with each player three additional kitchen items and a whip used. Accordingly, amused the audience shows during the interpretation of the witty piece that ends with a resounding "ping" against a red wine glass - a conciliatory end of the kitchen intermezzo, which had begun with a not very delicately whiplash.
It is not only fascinating to listen Zivcovics works that interpret all the wonderful musicians precise and intoxicating. To watch the artists at their game, is also very exciting. As the swirl of drum sticks, are quickly replaced with others to elegant to fly on the marimba. Then again, the artists work with their bare hands instruments such as the slope, a Swiss invention of 2000, which looks like a cross between UFO and wok with lid.
The highlight is the German premiere of the play "Tak-Nara" (2009), commissioned by the Auditorio de Tenerife for the same percussion quartet. The two-part piece is regarded as a tribute to the Canary Islands - including ocean and volcanic eruption. The whistling language "El Silbo is represented in the works. Thunderous applause for the reaction of some very young audience. Rule right omitted end the concert, as the Intercontinental Percussion Mafia - consisting of nearly 20 students who have just completed Zivkovic Percussion Academy in the State Music Academy in Engers - together with their lecturers Zivkovic and the Tuopali duo takes on various instruments and with the audience hot African and Samba rhythms adopted.

"Forbidden Love" - The State Rheinische Philharmonie presents poignant moments of Italian opera
tragic, hopeless fate, complained of brilliant cast - give it up
the opera fans around the world inspire again and again.
Some of the most poignant moments that has led to the Italian opera repertory was presented by the State Rheinische Philharmonie.
The forbidden love of the Egyptian commander Radames to hostile Ethiopian slave Aida determined the first part.
In her aria, the following two duets and the trio has expressed the whole gamut of emotions in the most beautiful bel canto.
Operas by Leoncavallo, Puccini and Umberto Giordano given the second part of the program.
After all, the Opera Gala in the turmoil of the French Revolution, with the poignant parting of the lovers in the prison of St. Lazarre.
Large, brilliant voices are essential for such a program. The American soprano Janice Dixon, is one of the most popular singers in her field, she joined
at the Metropolitan Opera in New York and recently in a number of major German opera houses.
The baritone Yuri Batukov currently commutes between engagements in Bologna, Lisbon, Erfurt and the Vienna State Opera and the tenor Eduardo Villa
by the New York Met, is also in European opera houses in Munich, Berlin, Rome or Paris, a frequent guest.
The State Orchestra was led by its chief conductor Daniel Raiskin, the program led by Rainer Zagovec.
